4:53pm, Anchorage Promenade Park, Canton, Baltimore, MD

I had intended on going to the gym after work. I went on a meandering bike ride instead. The soreness in my legs has burned off for now. I've wanted to dance near the harbor but until today, I had not committed to the act. This "park" is a concrete slab with shattered glass strewn about. I kind of love it. I got lost in the moment just now. Could this dance have been better? Maybe. Was this the dance I had to offer today? Absolutely. There was this large white duck in the water that kept quacking while I was dancing. The only white duck among mallards. I relate to that duck in life and in this dance. Day three hundred one.
