I'm with my friend Heather at Poor Boy's Garden Center. It's as good a time as any to make my daily dance. Feeling sensations in my right shoulder and throughout my abdomen. It's the second time Heather has been a witness to my process. I feel warm. The weather is warm. Nothing special about the site. Today is more about working with what I have instead of seeking out something specific. Rocks, a blue house, clouds, traffic, sounds of nature. Day one hundred thirty-seven.
