A site I've danced in before but years ago when I first moved to Baltimore. It is GORGEOUS today. Like summer day beautiful. I biked over here and sat a moment before dancing. I enjoy engaging with the mini pylons at the head of parking spaces. I got quite physical with the pylon and the ground. I felt called to get onto the ground. Not the safest environment for a body but I felt like I moved with ease and had fun exploring. A bit of the push dynamic. I can tell that my right arm is stronger. If I ever get my hands on weights again, I want to more consciously develop equitable strength on my R+L sides. As i continue to feel stronger, I am also more aware of my capacities and limitations. I think the strength makes initiation a subconscious choice. Lead with your best foot, your strongest foot. Also, 4 consecutive days of yoga practice is enhancing my whole body as fluidity, control, and flexibility flex. NOW I want to go home and do yoga. Day one hundred thirty-six.
