I spent most of today making face masks. I am drawn to their iconic relevance. It took me all day to get out of the house. It's in the 40's right now. It looked sunny earlier but I was in a making K-hole. Today's prompt is CENTER. My arm movements kept coming back to my heart. Perhaps that is my inherent center. This site was an accidental find. Quite calm and lovely. I keep thinking about face masks; their symbolism and how many different ways you can approach them. I wore the 2nd one I made for myself. I plan on making a bunch. That is my center for today. Making face masks. Even if they don't get used. I will have made them and they are a significant visual response to the current virus crisis. I wonder how much of my dancing was influenced by the mask? The influx of nature sites has been in part my desire to feel a true calm. Dancing on the rocks was fun. I lost my sense of gravity a few times. Should be interesting to see if it registers on the video. What happens next? Head home and make more masks. Day eighty-two.
