Another version of me would say I wasted the day. Today's version is grateful for the down time I took and the pace at which my day unfolded. Night videos require a different kind of effort. I am tired and ready to wind down. Tomorrow is a Monday, another week is beginning. I think the only intentions I want to set are for me to embrace the routine as it comes. Day one hundred-eighty.
