11:07am, E North Avenue and Guilford Avenue

It took about 45 minutes of walking to feel warm enough to move. My right hip/thigh joint area is tight. This is my starting point for today. I'm on my way to the Tool Library to return some tools. Usual route I take to that part of town. The low brick wall against a row of red brick homes strikes me. There is a lot about Baltimore's architecture that has always held my attention. I dressed to dance today. I also dressed to feel comfortable. A man walks by and asks me if I am doing yoga. "Just dancing", I reply. you can hear the traffic on North Ave. Rolling around in my hips, wide leg stance, squatting. During the week this lot is filled with cars. Today it is a perfect proscenium. As I'm moving I suddenly realize I am not using the whole frame. Is that necessary? I see a word and mimic its shape while I continue to move through the moment. There is no "right" way to do this project. The simple parameters are set. I will probably think and overthink the entire year. As long as I continue to do. Day four.
