DAILY DANCE BLOG

5:00pm, E 25 1/2 Street and St Paul Street, Baltimore, MD

Another song is rolling around in my head. I try to hold it's essence as I lay down my headphones and start today's dance. I don't think I would have caught this site if I hadn't been walking. My modality of getting around has been at the forefront of my mind lately. My capacity for dancing is affected by how I transport myself. These days it's walking, when it's warmer it's biking. The street light just kicked on. I'm glad I caught the very last of the daylight. Dancing felt good. I keep daydreaming about how my dance practice will shift in the new year. Everything shifts eventually. We live on shifting plates. Day three hundred forty-five.
