On my friend's roof. Only a little bit nervous about going over the edge. Now that I am still, I can feel the headache creep in. I like the vantage point from up here. I wish I felt more physically comfortable. It is what it is. Remnants of roof are on my legs, pants, hands, everywhere. Moving into mid-August feels slow and heavy. There isn't a lot more I have to offer today. Day two hundred twenty-six.
