Delivered a mini quilt commission in Mt Vernon today and used the outing to find a site. This site is a bank parking lot. Today's prompt is ANGLES. I danced for about 10-15 minutes prior to filming. As soon as I started the daily dance, I felt awkward and uninspired. I kept going and made some vocalizations. Technically, today is a weekend day. What does that even mean anymore? I'm having a hard time breathing through my mask today. ANGLES. I was literal in my approach. I usually am. I've been thinking about my legs and how they move and bend. I want my legs and arms to feel more equal in their use and shape making. Upper body and back and core strength seem to be more critical to this development. Without setting hard boundaries and despite my perception of my movement during documentation... I strongly believe it's time to warm up more intentionally before the daily dance. Perhaps this is part of my new, liberated life structure. This practice is allowing for expansion in many areas of my life. Day one hundred nine.
