I feel tired and hot. Not feverish but overall 1/2 a degree too warm. Today was a productive studio day. The beginning of this dance felt obligatory. As I continued, I started to feel freed in the flow. With most of my dances, there comes a pause, a moment when I feel like I've exited the groove. I am waiting to know an outcome for many things. Right now, there is not a lot of anxiety about that wait. Yesterday's comfort is still with me. Day two hundred ninety-eight.
