I truly cannot remember if I've danced here before. I recall some bike noodling in the summer. Today I fulfilled a goal I set this weekend and went to the gym mid week. This is a positive step back toward my old, pre-Covid routine. Dancing after gym time always seems to be hard... tired and hungry plus it's the evening after a nanny day. It was warm enough to not need sleeves but now that I am sitting down, the coolness is setting in. I tried to play with the one way sign post. I'm wanting an entirely different range of motion than what I currently possess. It would take a very different kind of training to get there. Can I be satisfied with where I am at physically? Of course this is the question of my life. No matter where I am, I usually want to be somewhere else. Something to continue to ponder, grapple with, and evolve through. Day two hundred ninety-five.
