I'm writing this inside of 405 because it's cold and I'm waiting for a ride. I've still got the compressed nerve... my left neck at the base of my skull has been emitting pain since Monday. I need to spend some time rolling out the muscles with a lacrosse ball. The camera got knocked over part way through filming... I opted to continue dancing after setting it back up again. I just don't feel like anything today. Day three hundred twenty-two.
