Years ago I danced here. It was winter. The ground was icy. I was working on my first year-long project. Today it is summer. The ground is hot and shade is necessary. I initially left my apartment to go to meet a potential client. The appointment did not work out so I decided to find a shady spot for today's dance. I'm scrutinizing myself regarding an interaction I had with a Black woman prior to making the dance video. Day one hundred ninety.
