This site isn't much. It's going to rain soon. I made it through the first 2 hours of the workshop today and managed to pick up some of the repertoire taught towards the end. I am currently a sweat-ball. There are elements from today I tried to work into the daily dance. Incorporating more of my face/facial expressions, switching up the energy of the moves; fluid, staccato, following through... I think another site that felt less restrictive would have been a better choice. I am in an alley that is technically a street. I need to wash this sweat layer off and prep dinner and read and get ready for book group. Day two hundred four.
